Description: We're a small construction company trying to be as large as possible without increasing our staff. As of right now we consist of one carpenter, one laborer, two project managers that are also office managers and myself. With that staff alone we could easily handle 10-15 build/remodels a year. Our areas of concentration in our field are design, build, and remodel and property management. On a personal level I am also increasing my real estate portfolio. I have my company do any work that is needed and also have them take care of the property as well. My biggest problem right now is cash flow; everything is week to week, project to project. I need to put some money into the company, i.e. new computer, a laptop, a credit card machine, new software, advertising, a web site, etc.... this would enable us to work more efficient and be able to take on more work.
