Mamma Lou's is a Startup counter service eatery. The menu will feature foods to seem like a hybrid between a hamburger joint and "home-cooked" restaurant. The building seats approximately 40 people. We are buying the building currently.

I worked in the restaurant industry for over 15 years, managing a family restaurant and the restaurant at a country club for most of that time. I owned a bar/grill in early 2000's. For the past 9 years, I've been working as the IT Manager for a world-wide sign supply and graphics house.
