As one of the principals of our business, I have considerable experience in real estate acquisition, repositioning, investing, and finance. My background includes being a real estate broker, a commercial mortgage broker, a personal assistant to the president of a multi-million dollar commercial real estate development company, and a quasi legal professional by virtue of being law school trained and performing legal assignments for numerous law firms.
My real estate related knowledge embraces, but is not limited to: performing due diligence, negotiating the purchase and sale of properties, preparing project development packages, composing executive summaries for commercial mortgages, conferring with financial institutions and investors for project funding, screening and selecting project consultants, structuring and negotiating joint venture partnerships, and coordinating pre-development activities with governmental and regulatory agencies. In short, I have been involved with planning, organizing, and controlling nearly every aspect of residential and commercial real estate projects to meet desired venture goals.
