(URL removed) is a new platform where people can post complaints about anything, such as a business, politician, government, etc.…as long as they also suggest a solution. Other BrownList users can suggest alternative solutions, and the community will vote for the best ones. This will produce a wealth of market research. BrownList will crowdsource solutions to many problems that businesses, politicians, and governments have.
BrownList will transform the way people complain and find solutions. This includes how consumers get their complaints solved with businesses, how citizens get their complaints resolved via politicians, and beyond.
We are combining the best practices that made Yelp and Angie's list explode, with social media elements you find in Facebook and Twitter. We're tossing out the ineffective elements of other sites. Since millions of people globally are already complaining online (ineffectively), we believe we will quickly convert millions of users to our platform.
