Description:
We are starting a ministry to not only rescue animals in need, but to be a support system for animals NOT in shelters or animal controls yet, to prevent that from happening by providing temperary boarding/foster for animals of the homeless, food, fencing, spay/nueter and basic vetting, as well as transport from high kill rural shelters to safety. We also want to involve our local youth in all aspects of rescue, from shelter and streets, s/n, hands on training, to adoption to help educate them on the importance of responsible pet ownership all while instilling compassion and a love for animals.
