Buy Fixer upper homes or commercial units and remodel them and resale for a profit, but after the loss in Wilma Hurricane, I cannot find an Investor that would finance my new findings and it is a good business,this time is 15 Lots Buildable in aprime area and I already have about 5-interested peoples to purchase at pre-construction sale, with good credit,and I have the company who will fund their pre-construction loans which will include the land but I cannot find the person who would help me start the project and working capital for the building of the homes or the money to pay for the lots and then any bank would finance the building of the homes.
Please reply if you are interest in investing soon because these4 lots are in prime area and my contract is still good now. please advice A
