this is a new restaurant. This restaurant will be a soup and salad bar with desserts and homemade breads. It will be modeled after a similar restaurant in California called "Sweet Tomatoes". This restaurant is for people who like to make their own salads and soup is a plus especially in the wintertime. Everything will be freshly made. Desserts and breads will be made fresh every day.
There is nothing in our area like this and we think it would be a hit.
There is a definite possibilities for franchises once we get the kinks worked out on this first store.
Beause we are working on the planning stages we do not take credit cards but plan to as soon as we are opened.
