CheeseCake Heaven started as a gourmet bakery in 1996 featuring over 90 flavors of cheesecake and over 30 varieties of muffins, scones, biscotti and cookies, all original recipes. With a less than desirable retail location most of its revenue came from wholesaling. In 2005 CheeseCake heave opened a bakery, cafe, deli featuring all the bakery, plus over 20 original gourmet sandwivhes, suops, salads, pastas and more. Our sales went from just under 200,000.00 in 2004 to just under 550,000.00 in 2005 I beleive I have the making of a successful chain or franchise. I have had offers from Kuwait, and Taiwan over the years to purchase my recipes and procedures, but have not sold.
