Description: I have an exsisting business where I purchased/sold qaulity ethnic/eclectic import furnishings from all over the world that was unique and which included contemporary as well & furnished model homes both indoor & outdoor of where I still have access too. My problem now is I have no store front customers to see, due to building damage tha occurred Sept 2005 where I had to vacate, & store took a loss where I was in a bad location & difficult for customers to see & park. I have found a superb location on Hwy 99 that is currently available where a furnitiure store is needed such as mine was, & have also a great demand that I re-open from repeat customers, but am in need of about $15'000 for lease, & product for the store that I currently have access too. I have 15 years of experience,
