Description: Pillars of Stone Inc. was formed in November of 2009. Currently we are doing business as a bail bonding and process serving company. We are looking for capital too grow the bonding business to its potential along with the process serving division. In addition we are seeking funding to expand the business into the investigation realm of the business. The investigation portion will be finalized once licensing is completed. Currently the CEO is a licensed bail agent, notary public and process server. Once all licensing is completed the CEO will posses AA in Criminal justice, Licensed Surety Bail Bondsman, Fugitive Recovery Agent, Certified Paralegal and Private investigator. The overall goal of Pillars of stone is to make itself marketable from all facets of the legal industry without limitations. The Bail Bonding and Process Serving portions are up and functioning with Bank accounts for each. We are not at a profitable stage and are seeking growth funding to acquire necessary equipment, payroll and advertisement funding to become profitable. The funding amount we are seeking to make these changes is $110k. We need to acquire at minimum $55k of the $110k in order to start. The remaining can be allocated as we move forward to aid in growth. We have some terms we feel would be fair in repayment but would like to discuss further with serious inquirers. ie. $110k @ 36% annual interest. First investment amount of $55k @ 36% interest per year 74.8K return in 14 months. Additional growth funding of $55k @ 36% interest per year x 2. $94.6k return in 12 months final return on investment of $110k is = $169.4k returned at end of 26 months.
