Description: Bites Eaternational is conceived by a career-driven executive chef with an exquisite palate and can-do attitute. Her recent experiences range from creating signature American dishes with modern twists, raved by The Washington Times, to managing the back of house at a new but popular restaurant, listed atop "The Best DC Modern American Restaurants" by (URL removed) after she helped get the eatery off the ground as a two-time opening chef and to working in a Washingtonian's "top 20" fine-dining restaurant under a famed chef, who had been mentored by Michel Richard of Citronelle. She now would like to take on her next challenge. Being her own boss (restaurateur) has been a long-time goal of hers. This new restaurant she has in mind is the third one she will be opening this year. Due to her track record with the past two, namely Scion Restaurant in Dupont Circle, mentioned by the ZagatBuzz. and Relic Restaurant & Lounge in Bethesda, appraised by (URL removed) and the OnTap magazine, she is convinced there will have a good following. She feels that you, an investor, would be a great asset to and play a major role in the success of this endeavor _ low-profile, cost effective cozy establishment staffed with like-minded professionals. The estimated gross sales is over 1 million dollars for the first year and more following years. She hopes to start up as soon as possible to secure a great location and reasonable rent for the new venture. The plan is to take over a turn-key space with furniture in place and equipment operational, thus saving enormously on start-up cost and time. She is also savvy with marketing and promoting a restaurant at a minimum cost or none, benefiting from her networking with important individuals like Todd Kilman (Washingtonian), Monica Bhide (Iron Chef America Judge), Tim Carman (Washington City Paper), Nycci Safier Nellis (The List), Carla Hall Lyons (Top Chef finalist) and Morou Quattara (Iron Chef America 2007 contestant, of Ferrah Olivia and Kora), to name a few. She's very positive that passion, partnership and hard work will bring success and eventually, fame to those who put their hearts and minds into achieving this attainable goal.
