1) Call Center and Website giving information about the nearest Doctor or Medical Shop. This is a 24/7 call center where people can call and get information. The doctors (including Dentists, Eye Specialists, Ayurvedic, Homeopathic) and medical shops will pay us to get listed. It will be on subscription basis. Loyalty of customers is stronger in the healthcare industry, which helps our clients.
2) Managing the appointments of doctors. Now, people can call us for appointment of the doctors subscribed with us. This will reduce the number of trips to the clinic and also, in case of cancellation or delay, will keep the patient informed and reduce the inconvenience.
