The production of frozen French fries and frozen vegetables is the first of its kind in Swaziland. The country imports these products in countries like CHINA, INDIA, SOUTH AFRICA and EGYPT. VIABILITY OF THE BUSINESS The market for frozen French fries and frozen vegetables has been building strongly over the last few ago and now it appears read to enter a new, accelerate period of grow as people tend to buy more of fast foods. Historical, French fries manufacturing has proved to be among the number one business opportunities and well guarded secret of big companies and has proved to be profitable. Millions of frozen French fries are consumed daily and the demand is growing g and will never stop. PRODUCTS / SERVICE. The equipment will be secured from Mazda Projects in India. The processing environment of the plant is of good standard. The process plant is GMP / HACCP / GAPS – PATHOGEN – FREE AND BACTERIAL CONTROL and the equipment’s also have quality control and quality assurances needs, laboratory, water circulation systems, control system which control the processing stages of the plant. An advantage about this French fries production line is that, the waste from the production process is used as raw material to convert to saleable quality products e.g.; flakes, salads and mash.
