Description: Serenity Dialysis Suites is a start-up company committed to providing the most convenient and welcoming dialysis service to the patients at the Veterans' Administration facility in Brentwood, California and to the local population of the surrounding area. The company has been founded as an S Corporation and will soon convert to a C Corporation as that will suit its business goals. We will quickly gain market share serving the Los Angeles community. Objectives Serenity Dialysis Suites has established three significant objectives to pursue. The first is securing a contract with the Veterans' Administration to provide dialysis services to veterans in the area. The second objective is to develop revenue from patients in the nearby vicinity who require dialysis. The third objective is the desire to expand our patient load by ten percent each year. Market Serenity Dialysis Suites has identified two market segments it will serve. First is the large number of veterans who receive care through the VA in Brentwood. That is why Serenity Dialysis Suites will build a dialysis center near this center, in Brentwood, Westwood, Beverly Hills, or Culver City. The second group is locals in the surrounding communities who require dialysis. Although we take no pleasure in this fact, the truth is that each market segment is growing rapidly. The rise in diabetes, high blood pressure, and other chronic ailments due to poor diets and a lack of exercise is a fact of life in the U.S. We will serve the ever-growing population of chronically ill people who require dialysis to survive. Services Serenity Dialysis Suites will help patients however we can. We will coordinate transportation to make sure patients can make their appointments. We can offer medical and nutritional counseling. We also aim to offer dialysis in a welcoming setting. We will provide satellite television, XM Radio, recliner chairs, and other creature comforts. Dialysis is a time-consuming process. We want to make the treatment as pleasant as possible for our patients. This will serve our company, as patients will prefer to use our facility over another. It will also serve our patients, as they will be less reluctant to have their treatments.
