I'm trying to get funding to purchase multi-family units. I was recently homeless and tried to get housing. I had to put my name on a waiting list . the waiting period was one year.I think that is uncalled for. so I decided to buy 140 units to put a small dent in the waiting period. these units will be HUD or section8 (rental assisted) units.
