REIT deals with the reconstruction of the economy by purchasing vacant buildings and remodeling the buildings with condos and lofts for low income families and college students. Also, each building will be equipped with office spaces at low cost. When the assets of each property rise, there will be an option to place some of the funds into community projects and scholarships. As the founder of REIT I have projects in mind to rebuild the economy; which consist of the following: Higher Education Scholarships, Recreational Activities for children/ teenagers, and bringing in more cultural shops and restaurants to the cities that are restructured. REITs main concern is the future adults of today being provided with better living conditions and more options to persevere.
