I am a start up company. I build cost effective green homes. I am starting off small to try and keep capitol out flow low. We hope to build at least 25 homes this year 15 will be sold and 10 will be used for vacation rentals. One of the ways we keep the building cost down is use steel structures as our main building medium. We then use high quality finishing materials. We use a hybrid Solar and wind power system. We will be using a green alternative septic solution. I know this sounds like more about the project. But this process will be our brand. There for it is about the company.
