Description:
I own a busy hair salon with an upbeat environment. I have 4 renters no employees and a guaranteed income of $700 per week. I am looking for a silent partner or investor to fund this salon. Huge money making possibilities as we have additional space to rent out at least 4 more stations adding another $1,000.00 per week to income. I am looking for financial support and am willing to run and operate salon but not to assume financial responsibility. I have a family and would enjoy being free from that responsibility. I love where i am and would not want to go else where. I am willing to sign agreement. This salon has great potential with the right investor. The space is only 2 years old and has all new equiptment. The building in which we are in has been recently updated and has beautiful stone work on building. I have owned the salon for 6 years and bought from a previous owner of 14 years. We are a well estabilished business!
