My experience is with Joint Commission, which is one of the most prestigious accreditation agencies in the United States. The processes can take up to one year to complete and medical providers pay high prices for these services. The company I am looking to create would assign a consultant who would work with the providers every step of the way until fully accredited. After accreditation, we would provide an upkeep service to maintain the accreditation in good standards. The relationship between the provider and the consultant would be long-term. The benefits for the provider to convert an office space into an accredited surgery center is unparallel.
