With a passion for food and a mind for business, I toyed with the idea of starting a resturant for several years before I decided to go for it! I invested three years researching restaurant concepts before finally finding one that is perfect for me and the area in which I live. Deciding upon a franchise was the first step. With little restaurant experience, I needed a strong team to support me and my venture. Secondly, I needed a concept that utilized my strenghts and minimized my weaknesses in the food industry.
