I have project of Jatropha plantation in Cambodia. I can get concession land of 40,000 hectares for developing this plantation. The land with water resource inside is best for Jatropha and good growing with high yield (35 to 50 years life). We can develop 20,000 hectares first and next scale for another 20,000 hectares.
I am looking for venture investor in Bio Fuel industry who could invests on plantation on the land and set up refinery plant for Jatropha crop to bio-diesel. Note that Jatropha plantation to Bio-diesel business could get ROI of 70-100% (starting from 5th to 35th to 50th year). There is huge demand in local and world markets. To development Fund require: US$25M (for 20,000 hectares)
The location is in Kratie province, north-east of Cambodia. It is rainfall forest and under monsoon season which is enough rain, hot and wet climate. It is very fertilized land and good for rubber tree and Jatropha plantation. It is all high land with forest not hill and has a few streams flowing across the area. I assure that it is good land in Camboda and best for Jatropha plantation.
