First Properties of New York (FPNY) is currently seeking qualified investors to contribute anywhere from $15-$60 Million of capital towards the purchase of multiple distressed notes, nationwide. We will be receiving a series of distressed notes for private purchase through a major, nationwide mortgage lender at approximately a 30-60% discount rate.
If interested, please inquire at our contact address, below, with your name, preferred method of contact, and a brief description of your background and preferred investment strategy. Once contacted, we will provide you with a non-disclosure agreement followed by a list of our current inventory for purchase. After submitting a bid, our mortgage lender will review and finalize it with a subsequent closing date within 3-4 weeks after acceptance of the bid.
