Downtown Jersey City is a great upcoming upscale community. It overlooks the skyline of New York City. There are a lot of condos and luxury homes going up, But the Restaurant scene is not that good. I have worked in plenty of 2,3, and 4 star restaurants in New York City like Le Cirque, Per se and David Burke and Donnatella. I have a personal book full with great recipes. I also attended one of the country’s best culinary programs Le Cordon blue in Pittsburgh, PA. I also have great team of Sous Chefs and cooks ready to work. The property market it’s high but not as high as New York City. Downtown Jersey City is a place full with young professional men and women from Whites, Black, Hispanic, and est. looking for a good time and good food.
