I am Mr. Mohi Eddin Es Sayed; I have full powers and represent the companies. The principal company’s current programs (setting up of several projects) represent five-year schedule and mainly comprise residential properties and parking spaces as well as other commercial aspects for getting a diversity of incomes, these projects are composed of various operations of real estate projects: Hotels, Seminar, Congress, Hotelier residences, Seniors residences, , Centers equestrian – agric-tourism, Hamlet echo bio climatic thalassic-therapy, Atypically specialized medical centers, Golf, Tennis, etc… We are looking for a reliable and direct source of classic or leasing financing and/or partnership (five through ten years minimum). The French banks or insurance companies guarantee the annual income (rental value) of residential premises. This politic is an instrument of important value that would be useful as an additional and considerable guarantee to secure an eventual financing. We realize: 32% of benefit for building and sales operations, 11% net of tax of annual rent + amortization on 10 years (totalizing 50% to 60%) for classic or holiday letting projects as well as commercial exploitation projects. We set up all these projects that give an economical value of 25 to 30% (approximately the difference between the finished value and the cost price).
