ExactKnow has developed a prototype knowledge and process management system. The system has been reviewed by managers in a number of different industries and they have expressed strong interest in adopting a more developed (URL removed) developed system is covered by an Australian provisional patent and a complete patent application is currently being developed providing solid protection of the intellectual property in the system.
ExactKnow is addressing a market that it believes will generate 20 million AUD in revenue over five years. The complete investment required is 1.5 million AUD and the current investment sought is for the first stages of product and business development. The target market at this stage are research organizations and academic institutions.
ExactKnow is currently owned and managed by two professionals with a strong industrial as well as academic background. Part of the funding sought will be used to secure the services of seasoned management professionals for different aspects of the business.
