American Hospital™ has been conceived to be a landmark in the community rendering the finest in healthcare at an affordable cost. The Hospital is to be situated at Chennai in the southern part of India. We will bring to this community a level of care and service that we would be proud of.
The project report is designed for a hundred bed hospital. However our long term plan is to build this into a 500 bed medical center. The report is elaborate in the financial analysis of this venture and has projected a conservative estimate of earnings. It is our belief that we can reach well beyond this mark. The location of the hospital is well chosen for the need and relative paucity of a world class institution.
The Promoters of American Hospital™ are all physicians with extensive clinical and managerial experience having had the major part of their experience in the United States. Furthermore, a fine team of experienced professionals are entrusted with administrative and operational functions.
The Corporation is presently owned by a group with no liabilities. The Company has invested heavily in acquiring the site for the Hospital. The total extent of land available is close to two acres – well suited for envisioned future expansion. The land value is approximately INR 330 million (USD 7.4 Mil).
The Board of Directors welcomes interested parties to invest in this venture. The returns can be either reasonably low interest rate or equity interest. The terms are negotiable depending on the amounts invested and the conditions stipulated.
