We are a specialized Italian Deli/semi fine dine-in restaurant: we sell imported meats and cheeses and other speacialties. We have created a unique menu,including desserts, that is very diverse. All of the dressings and sauces used in our creations are ours and created specifically for our hoagies, pastas, salads and cheesesteaks. It is a known fact that we will sell everything in the deli EXCEPT for our dressings; yet we are constantly asked to sell them and have even been approached to bottle them! Customers come from all points of the area and always ask us when we will open a location closer to them. As you can see,we are not the typical deli. We are known in the community as the "Best kept secret" as we do not advertise and have survived by word of mouth over the past three years. It is a gathering place from all walks of life;families out for dinner on a Friday night, church groups for lunch after mass on Sundays, book clubs and government officials. It is difficult to brief as the possibilities for this establishment are endless.
