Description:
We provide real estate inspections in Clark County Washington. This is a growing industry with great potential. We provide home inspections for individuals buying and selling residential properties and for home owners nearing the end of their one year new construction warranties. As a licensed pest inspector we also provide pest inspections with every standard home inspection. A home inspection reveals the true condition of the home and its major components. This allows the seller/buyer to make an informed decision about price and desirability of the home.
