Description:
We are an Industrial "Skilled Trades" Training company with a loyal following of customers. We have many classes we have already taught, have many pre sold and have even more in the bid process for final approval. We need some money to secure our building assetts as money is tight at the banks. We have assetts totaling ten times the amount we need to sustain our business and a very good cash flow outlook. Very little debt. The owner is recently divorced and trying to find funding to continue with the building projects.
