I have begun the process of constructing a 45mgy ethanol refining facility in Texas. I have secured private funding for the construction and first six months working capital for this facility. My target market is the gasoline refiners in the region, who are required to use oxygenation additive in their end product for those states where air quality is of concern. Currently, the gasoline refiners use an MTBE, which the energy policy act of 1995 dictates must be replaced with ethanol by the year 2012. The company is currently in negotiations with a marketing firm with deep ties to the gasoline refining market to secure contracts for our end product.
