I am the owner of MR Investments LLC and we do business as Firehouse Subs and we make the most awesome sub sandwiches!
I currently own three locations in the twin cities market and I am seeking an investor who will help me acquire three more locations in the twin cities market and build out another 30 in the state! I have a great background in the restaurant industry, have worked with some great owners, learned some incredible information now its time to to use that information and build a company of my own and have market control in my home state of Minnesota and then expand from there.
I have more than two decades of restaurant and management experience, I want to make the next two decades my ownership experience.
Our five year goal is to have 20 locations.
Our ten year goal is to have 50 locations.
Our twenty year goal is to have 200 locations.
I have a complete business plan, marketing plan and scalable growth plan, I just need someone with a little more funds than I have to make this plan come to frutition. And provide a better life style for my investor and myself over the next twenty or so years.
