Management Institute of Conflict Resolution & Leadership (MICRL), pronounced “Miracleâ€, will provide a new type of training developed around conflict resolution and relationship dynamics both inside and outside the work place. This training is designed provide new skills and techniques to our students to help them understand conflict, why it is important in your life, and how to create a positive situation from them.
The military has set record breaking numbers in PTSD, suicide, domestic violence, domestic homicide and divorce over the past 10 years, passing the civilian sector on levels based on a 1/100,000 ratio. Our basic training is designed around providing new skills to change the way of thinking when one enters into a conflict, even if that conflict is with themselves over past events. They have programs to help, but those programs haven’t proven enough. The President of the United States has even spoken out and a personal call was put out by the First Lady for professionals to find a way to combat these problems. We are answering their call with our services. On top of that, the majority owners of our company are prior military. We have been there. We understand. We can help.
