One year ago I owned 10 different companies. I was successful in startups and making them profitable. My mistake was I helped to many people and the people running half the businesses stole me blind which forced us to close half our companies. Mistake number 2 was to many people drawing salaries and not producing income.
I now have 4 of the companies on one location. We run our car lot, mechanic shop, detail/clean up shop, and landscaping out of one office and out of one location instead o 4. We have cut expenses to the bone but because we lost so much last year and are basically starting over, we need some capital to have a credit line to buy cars and buy some equipment. We own over $100K in equipment from mechanics equipment to landscaping equipment and vehicles. All the cars on our car lot are paid for but if we had some capital, we could triple our inventory and take us to a new level. I have over 2 million in real estate holdings and if I could sell some of theese, I would be able to loan to other people. Help, you will not go wrong.
