The company was initially created by Khedidja Ouheb to develop inter-cultural exchanges between different countries and the US. Once the company was created, we needed to find a way to create a ongoing perpetual income for the company in order to be able to invest and develop our many cultural events.
Khedidja Ouheb and her husband are both co-authors of the novel "The Legend of Arkatak." They have both written and co-published this fantasy novel. Upon incorporation, Amazigh Heritage Foundation signed the ouhebs under the company as their publishers in order to create an income for the company to start its intended operations.
The company took full ownership of all rights of the book. In return the company assigned 50% ownership of the book to both authors and retained 50% ownership of the book to itself. The company has published the book on Amazon in both eBook and Paperback format. We are looking to obtain capital to start a very strong marketing campaing through Amazon readers of fantasy fictional novels to increase the sales of the book on Amazon.
