International business students as well as brothers age 24 and 22. Looking for funding to purchase a home in Southern California for investment purpose with a high return rate. Our plan is to remodel the home while finishing our business degree's online. We are Highly driven for success and have always have had a keane eye for well researched and educated investments. We both have past experience in remodeling a house with our parents from 2004-2006. We convinced our parents to buy a home for 250,000 in 04' our family gutted the property and remodeled most of the property ourselves to cut costs. Currently the house is on the market for $508,000. With only about 50,000 spent on the house project. We know that we can make money, we just need an investor to help us reach our goals.
