Our company is currently profitable, yet insufficiently capitalized. Advantage Capital Equity Fund 1, LLC is a private equity fund specializing in the origination and servicing of high yield, low loan to value mortgage liens to equity rich borrowers. All loans are backed real estate that have at least 30% equity, yet our loan portfolio enjoys a weighted average loan to value (LTV) of less than 55%. In other words, the borrower is greatly motivated to pay on time and not lose their substantial equity position and in the event of default the Fund profits.
