Our History We have been designing, developing and implementing successful turn-key projects. Originally established as a Texas Corporation in 1989, we made our start by importing timber from Siberia. In 1995, TTE International, Inc. was established as a California Corporation with the focus of its resources directed towards international trade. Drawing upon its founder's expertise in defense technology and trade with the former Soviet Union, TTE International, Inc. carved a niche for itself supplying the U.S. Department of Defense with military spare parts and technical support for Soviet-made military equipment. As Executive Officer Mr. Baskett has extensive experience in dealing with Russian business entities and governmental agencies. He has imported and operated several types of aircraft from the Soviet Union, the Commonwealth of Independent States and Russia for the United States Defense Department, the US Army and other federal end users. He was first to implement a system of credit card use in the Kazakhstan banking system after it became an independent state and financed the establishment of the premier dental clinic in Almaty, Kazakhstan. He also provided Superior Highwall Miners, manufactured in West Virginia to the Razpadsky Mine in Siberia. Richard A. Hulme has an extensive background in aeronautical manufacturing having established a successful manufacturing business providing advanced chemical machining for close tolerance components for aircraft and missiles. Every major aerospace manufacture use structural and dynamic components he fabricated. Richard was elected to the Santa Maria Airport Board for 20 years and founded the local aviation museum. Mr. Hulme is also a certificated airframe and powerplant mechanic and commercial pilot. Mikhail Kazantsev is a Russian citizen who has extensive experience in engineering particularly in computer technology, telecommunications and precision mechanics. He has served as President and CEO and co-founder of Binitech Group in Russia, an instructor at Polytechnic University at Chelyabinsk, Russia, and test engineer at Institute of Precise Mechanics at Zlatoust, Russia. Mr. Kazantsev will serve as the interface between TTE and the Beriev/IRKUT consortium. Dan J. Hoback holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and has worked with Mr. Baskett and Mr. Hulme for a number of years in various capacities. Mr. Hoback is retired from the Santa Maria Public Airport District where he served as the General Manager responsible for multi-million dollar budgets 2. Company Summary TTE International, Inc. has been in business since 1995 when the Dallas based TTE Inc. was moved to Santa Maria, California. TTE has successfully completed a number of projects which, in addition to its aviation work, primarily involved dealing with turn-key industrial and health care facilities plus imports and exports from and to Russia and its nearby states. Among its more notable non-aviation projects, TTE built a 3,000 seat ice hockey and sports stadium near Belovo (Siberia), modernized the 8,000 seat sports rink for a uranium processing plant in Novosibirsk, built a milk processing and packaging plant in Irkutsk and provided three Superior Highwall Miners to the Raspadsky coal mines in Mezdurichensk, all in Siberia.
