The Foundation: Upon relocating its U.S. office to a respectful location In San Juan,
The First Miracle Foundation will surround itself with employees and local support who share in our compassion, with one intent and mission in mind… To raise funds {locally, in the U.S. and internationally} for the express purpose of providing funding to credible organizations within Puerto Rico, who are actively participating in the daily care and feeding of Puerto Rico’s needy.
Secondly: To assist in defraying our food costs, the Foundation will act as a catalyst speaking on behalf of the La Parrilla Grande operation, contacting and working with the top 100 meat companies within the U.S. for food donations, such as, Smithfield Foods, Tyson Foods and Premier Beef…. Those who participate will be listed on our “Support Wall” as sponsors in support of our pay it forward concept.
The la Parrilla Grande Operation: will open each day with the one goal in mind;
To provide the best “Go to Food Experience” in San Juan” with service beyond reproach.
It is the goal of our leadership team to provide strong financial results through our execution of creating budgets, marketing plans, and forecasts with the ability to adjust to the changes in market conditions to ensure that Profit goals are met or exceeded.
These goals are critical to the success of our operation and our Pay it Forward concept, as a minimum of 15% of our monthly net profit will be contributed to credible on island organizations actively involved in the feeding and care of Puerto Rico’s less fortunate. The monthly amount contributed will be posted on a monitor within the restaurant along with other announcements and information.
The unique combination and mission of these two entities; This Concept never stops giving… The Foundation and La Parrilla Grande will be registered with Puerto Rico’s emergency aid and assistance program…. When all is well in Puerto Rico, It’s business as usual… However, when called upon; we will be prepared to assist in any emergency situation. Our on the ground in Puerto Rico, First Miracle Foundation, will seek to raise emergency support donations, while the restaurant and restaurant equipment of La Parrilla Grande, will be on call to service emergencies, which includes the provision of food, water and care wherever needed within Puerto Rico.
