I am looking to buy the company I work for and co-own. The parent company runs two companies below it. The first one is a Hockey equipment manufacturing company that makes high-end goalie and player protective equipment. The second is a Hot Rod shop that builds and sells hot rods and high performance parts. Both companies are fairly new with the Hot Rod shop being open now for two years and the Hockey just opening this January. I would be looking for a capital investment of $850,000. USD to buy out my partners and to expand the two companies. I am looking for an investor that is looking for a ROI between 15-25% and would stay in for a 3-6 year term.
