Description:
I, Mike Hebert, a 45-year-old lifelong toy collector and an experienced professional, am pleased to submit this proposal for your review as I seek your support in establishing a toy and costume manufacturing company in the state of California.
Re-animator Toys, a limited liability company, is intended to be a profitable toy manufacturing firm for both children and adults age 5 to 60. It aims not only to design and manufacture superior and affordable toys but also to create exceptional and artistically-designed action figures, accessories, vehicles, props, masks, and costumes for toy devotees and collectors.
Having experienced the absence of customization and lack of artistic quality in many toy merchandises, I aim to utilize an enhanced flare of technology and utilize better materials, designs, and details on the products. The company seeks to take advantage of the growing popularity of toy collection and create items that satisfy the demands of adult collectors. It will focus on the needs and desires of the market and transform traditional playthings to a new and superior generation of action figures and collectibles.
Upon establishment of Re-animator Toys, I also hope to cultivate the creativity and ingenuity of artists and designers within California. It seeks to provide a huge number of employment opportunities and offer avenues for new talents and artistic geniuses to be cultivated and discovered within the vicinity.
I am looking to work with and build a relationship with an investor willing to work with me on a project to project basis. I am looking to do this on a long term track and do not want to get over my head too early in the start up process. The project will includes the general operating expenses, employees’ wages, facilities and equipment, reference materials, packaging designs, office supplies, sculpting/modeling supplies, costume designing materials, software applications, and props.
Thank you very much for your attention and consideration.
