The story starts in 2004 with three boardriders , who were faced with bland designs and ridiculous prices pouring into the surf, snow & skate marketplace, include the dissatisfaction of working for idiots. These friends started throwing around ideas, designs and dreams of a company with an ethos that makes every worker a part of the business.
These ideas, dreams and designs evolved into reality and through 2004 pen to paper, fingers to keyboards, IAMWHY grew. In 2005, the rosy bubble burst with the onset of accountant’s fees and IAMWHY was officially born. One partner dropped out for his own reasons, the other two carried on.
