I am a small real estate investor seeking a capital partner to purchase and flip residential properties in the Greater Phoenix area. Have extensive experience in real estate and simply need a capital partner to fund the projects as I view my self as a great bird dog for an investor.
The current property I need immediate assistance with is a luxury home that I negotiated a purchase price of $1,600,000 with the a seller carry-back of $1,200,000 and needing $400,000 to close.
