Supreme Global Development Corporation is a start up corporation, and would like to invite local and foreign investors to invest long term funds (capital) for a power generation project located in Mindanao. The Island of Mindanao, is in need of a power generation plant that will provide long term source of electricity. The local investor will provide the vehicle corporation, so that the foreign corporation will infuse the funds to this local registered corporation. After the capital infusion, the local corporation will enter into a lease of land with option to purchase the land, a suitable venue for the power plant. The land for the power plant will be devoted for Oil Refinery and considered a export processing zone. The export processing zone is allowed to have its own power generation plant. The mezzanine finance provider will sell preferred shares in favor of a Middle East registered corporation that will provide additional capital called: Mindanao Development Fund, using Al Fardan Exchange Company, that uses DOHA Bank Limited.
