W.g. Grinders is a franchise started in 1989 on Ohio State Campus. Since its conception it has grown to over 40 locations and several different states. A Grinder is a term for an "East Coast Sub". It is opened faced, oven-baked sandwich, usually served on a sourdough baguette, combining the juices of all fresh ingredients and a signature dressing right into the bread.
