Description: COMPANY OVERVIEW / MISSION STATEMENT Beginning in August 2004, the founders of City Sports Marketing Group, LLC began researching a new marketing System to provide a top of the line marketing tool that would give small and medium sized businesses exclusive marketing exposure to potential clients in their geographical area. The conceptual marketing tool took the form of a 4”x10” magnet which contained the Pittsburgh Steelers full year football schedule on the top with high quality art advertisements of participating clients below. The fundamental goal was to direct mail the marketing tool to a high quality demographic, by zipcode, and have the magnet be placed in the home (on the refrigerator for example) so that the client advertisements would be seen many times a day. This will brand the business in the minds of homeowners using what is known as Top of the Mind Awareness (TOMA) Marketing. Through years of development, other marketing techniques have been developed to complement the magnetic Football Schedule, including coupon card offers, customer gifting programs, brochures and informational pieces, and valuable market analysis reports. Beginning in September 2009, City Sports Marketing Group, LLC was created with the primary goal of promoting and offering our solid marketing System and superior marketing vehicle to other NFL and college football cities. City Sports Marketing Group, LLC is currently expanding into other strong football markets, while maintaining the tradition of the Pittsburgh Steelers Magnet in Western Pennsylvania. Learning the System is not difficult but it will take a committed, consistent effort on the part of a new Licensee.
