The intent is to purchase an operating division of an existing privately held corporation. There are two principals that will remain as managing partners that have built this division from $6 million annually to $31 million in 2007. Our projected revenue for 2008 is $45 million.
This division is an environmental engineering, remediation, demolition, and construction company that has primary customers in the oil and gas industry.
