Description: I was an third party bankcard processor for 15 years before several regulatory government policies brought our industry to its knees. Several of us who have been pioneers in the payments industry shelved our companies and went to work for industry giants, or retired. For 19 years, I have been consulting investment firms on Acquiring Banks, Processors, and payments Providers through the Gerson-Lehrman Group. Investment firms seek advice on PCI compliance, leasing, consumer trends, pricing models, profitability, marketing strategies, and Interchange rates. Additionally, government, retail, restaurant, auto-rental, lodging, institutional, municipal, and multi-currency industries. Our integrated products and services include stored value, prepaid, credit, debit, bill-pay, age verification, background checks, money transfers, payroll, time & attendance, healthcare, and others. Having gained the support of acquirers, processors and third parties, we have set the infrastructure for quickly penetrating selected target markets. Our focus is centered on working proven markets that will form strong merchant portfolios by utilizing of a variety of sales channels. Seeking a position of leadership, our objective is to continue the development of a versatile, aggressive and visionary sales organization by concentrating on strong sales quotas, maximum profitability, and competitive products and services. First Data, TSYS, Elavon, and Vantiv have reached out to me to integrate technologies critical to online shopping carts and POS system security. We are also in acquisition mode seeking to buy a well connected industry player that has several international banks already on contract. These international banks allow us to integrate our certified software applications and assure lofty returns on investment and a quick payback period. After carefully assessing our strengths and limitations relative to competitors, our FinTech success is certain. Prior to forming Liberty Bankcard, I spent 20 years in the cable industry and was instrumental in mergers between UA-Columbia, Time-Warner, Viacom-TCI, TCI-AT&T, AT&T-Comcast, and retired from Comcast in 1997. I am currently active and up to date with the cable and entertainment business as a consultant and own ShowBiz Entertainment Group and ShowBiz Productions LLC. Your consideration is appreciated and am available for a discussion at your investors' convenience... Cordially, Mike
