Nani Hair, LLC's inception was February 2016 when we decided to acquire our first salon. The salon was already in operation, generating revenue, but not at its full potential. In the first three months, we improved the sales by 27%. Since then we have been approached by our franchisor and others in the salon business, to take over salons in other areas. We then changed our business model to that of a salon acquisition company. Currently, we are working on a deal for a salon in downtown Washington, DC. This salon is already profiting the owners over $100,000/year, generating almost $400,000 in revenue a year, with limited services and no retail. The reason for sale is due to a change in residential location. Our goal is to take over the salon, increase the services offered and provide a retail line for the clientele. Retail alone, according to studies, increase loyalty and long-term sales per consumer.
