I am looking to buy a bed and breakfast that already exists and turn it into something unique. I have found a few locations that I am interested in buying. I would like to take advantage of the down economy by getting into something sooner than later. However, because of the down economy bank loans are harder to come by and need 10-20% down. I am looking for an investor to help me obtain the property and business. I then will grow the business and either create branch locations (where I will pay out profits as the business grows) and or sell the business for a profit and you will receive all of your investment plus growth back in one lump sum. Either way, I am anticipating a return on investment for the investor of about 20%. I have yet to determine exact figures because it would depend on the amount invested and the property I decide to invest in. However, I would be able to provide projected yearly profits to the investor once I can fully put my business plan together.
NOTE: I currently own a dog training business that we recently started at the beginning of this year. That is the name I used to submit this application. However, I will be either creating a new name or using the exsisting name of the business aquired.
