We have designed, patented, and recently launched a universal 9 foot aluminum umbrella system that can be used on beaches, grass, patios, decks, boat docks, picnic tables, bleachers, tailgating, etc.
Our umbrellas are designed to withstand strong winds and the beach model has a 6" square base 2" high with angled holes in each corner for anchoring it to sand or grass. You cannot even pull out the umbrella because the anchors have been driven in at different angles on four corners.
Our patio umbrella has a patented dome base that is stylish and small (6" diameter and 3 1/2" high to insert at top of dome) but sturdier than the larger bases currently used. It requires drilling a 3/8 inch hole 1 inch deep into the concrete or wood, placing an insert, and then screwing our pole (with a built-in screw) into it by passing it thru the dome. Once erected, it is impossible for the umbrella to be blown over.
Both models also have been designed with a ball joint that allows one to easily rotate the canopy towards the sun for shade all day without having to move the base or chairs - just push the pole.
We also offer two add on accessories. One allows you to convert the patio umbrella to a beach umbrella and the other allows the beach umbrella to be used for tailgating. The same umbrella can have multiple uses with these two inexpensive add-ons.
After a couple of years of R&D and different prototypes, we launched our products in September, 2022. Our dome base patent was issued n October, 2022.
